Matthew 13:3-9
And He spake many things unto them in parables saying, behold, a sower went forth to sow:
And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
Some fell upon stoney places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up because they had no deepness of earth:
And when the sun was up, they were scorched and because they had no root, they withered away.
And some fell among thorns: and the thorns sprung up and choked them:
But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

The Call of The Watchman
Ezekiel 33:1-11

2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:
3 If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;
4 Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.
5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.
6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.
7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Most High Yah, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.
11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.
12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.
13 And ye shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,
14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the Lord have spoken it, and performed it, saith the Lord.

Many of the answers of life's problems, questions and resolutions can be solved, believe it or not from one book. This book has been around for thousands of years and it is used in most religious denominations and few have picked it up to seek reasoning.
I myself have lived my whole life conscious of the bible just as everyone else has, but I never picked it up to actually get an understanding until I went searching for the solution to recover from a break up that caused me a lot of pain. In that short time I did find my answers and I found peace of mind from the emotional distress my life was in at that time. However it would be decades later before I actually picked up the bible again, but this time it was different....
I no longer had the distractions of life, or the stumbling blocks of the flesh to deter me, I was at the stage of my life where I was seeking peace and resolution. This is not to say I could not have done it when I was younger, in fact, knowing what I know now I wish I had.
When you're young, you believe you have your whole life ahead of you, you believe you are invincible. You believe that older is a long way off and you have plenty of time to get your life together spiritually. It use to be that was true, but not anymore. If you look around people are beginning to die younger and not just from disease or health problems, murder, car accidents, air plane crashes, the lists goes on. We are no longer given the luxury to tempt fate. It's much too dangerous now. It is more important now than ever to seek spiritual resolution through faith.
I would hope that what I am going to share with you will inspire you to seek out your own spiritual foundation, especially those who are still very young in your life. I pray that you will take this message and seek the answers to your questions spiritually. We are in a time when this life is not promised to us, it can be taken in a twinkling of an eye. We see it every day when we turn on the news, young, old, men, women, children, even babies.
It is time now to ask yourself why?
I asked myself that question a little over a year ago, it open the door to seeking a spiritual understanding to the things that were going on around me.....
So what is happening? Why is our community in such turmoil? Why are our men being struck down in the streets? Why are our children out of order? Why is there such a large margin of disrespect and resentment between black men and black women? Why are so many men walking away from their children? Why is this happening to us?
All of these questions can be answered in the bible!
I'm going to give you a few basics principles of life's solutions that the scriptures speak of. First, I will ask the question and then I will provide the answers by scriptures.
To give a better understanding of the translation, I will be using The Jerusalem Bible; it is a 1966 translation of the King James Version and I will be using The King James Version.

Why is wisdom important in my life?
Proverbs: 4:11
I have educated you in the ways of wisdom,
I have guided you along the paths of honesty,
As you walk, your going will be unhindered,

How does The Most High feel about the Praise and the adulation of those in the churches who are not worshiping Him?

Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion;
put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the set apart city:

loose thyself from the bands of thy neck,
O captive daughter of Zion.
3 For thus saith The Most High,
Ye have sold yourselves for nought;
and ye shall be redeemed without money.
4 For thus saith The Most High, Yah,
My people went down aforetime into Egypt to sojourn there;
and the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.
5 Now therefore, what have I here, saith Yah,
that my people is taken away for nought?
they that rule over them make them to howl, saith Yah;
and my name continually every day is blasphemed.
6 Therefore my people shall know my name:
therefore they shall know in that day that I am He that doth speak:
behold, it is I.
7 How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings,
that publisheth peace;
that bringeth good tidings of good,
that publisheth salvation;
that saith unto Zion, Thy Yah reigneth!
8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice;
with the voice together shall they sing:
for they shall see eye to eye, when the The Most High shall bring again Zion.
9 Break forth into joy,
sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem:
for the The Most High hath comforted his people,
he hath redeemed Jerusalem.
10 The The Most High hath made bare his set apart arm in the eyes of all the nations;
and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our Mighty one.
11 Depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence,
touch no unclean thing;
go ye out of the midst of her;
be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the The Most High.
12 For ye shall not go out with haste, nor go by flight:
for the The Most High will go before you;
and The Most High of Israel will be your rereward.
13 Behold, my servant shall deal prudently,
he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high.
14 As many were astonied at thee;
his visage was so marred more than any man,
and his form more than the sons of men:
15 so shall he sprinkle many nations;
the kings shall shut their mouths at him:
for that which had not been told them shall they see;

3 For the Lord shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
4 Hearken unto me, my people; and give ear unto me, O my nation: for a law shall proceed from me, and I will make my judgment to rest for a light of the people.

14 The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.

16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.

2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:

9 But they shall serve the Lord their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

13 There is none to plead thy cause, that thou mayest be bound up: thou hast no healing medicines.
14 All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not; for I have wounded thee with the wound of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the multitude of thine iniquity; because thy sins were increased.
15 Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.
16 Therefore all they that devour thee shall be devoured; and all thine adversaries, every one of them, shall go into captivity; and they that spoil thee shall be a spoil, and all that prey upon thee will I give for a prey.

20 Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them.

35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.
